Good to see you are back. Never heard of a German Old Spice. I have only tried the new stuff but I am a young whippersnapper as some on TOST3 would say. I have never seen Clubman local for me but might be that I am looking in the wrong place. Can we get a picture of that brush? I have wanted badger brush but have not been able to justify the price. I hve never tried a lather catcher but would like to some day. I have to say Schick injectors are the best razors (better than a GEM?). I just recently got an H1 and shaved with it yesterday and boy what a smooth shaver just have to be careful since it tricks you where you think it is mild but it is not. Hope to see you around here more often! RE: The Seinfeld thread (or the thread about nothing) - Ordinaryshaver - 02-01-2021 Welcome back Sir Bird! Glad to see you back. Don't be a stranger! RE: The Seinfeld thread (or the thread about nothing) - ShadowsDad - 02-01-2021 Glad to see you're back Bird! Please don't be a stranger, we like your presence. RE: The Seinfeld thread (or the thread about nothing) - GAW9576 - 02-02-2021 Hey Jayaruh I didn't know you posed for a Norman Rockwell painting!!! RE: The Seinfeld thread (or the thread about nothing) - Wchnu - 02-04-2021 Well thanks guys! Things are moving along. I had a video interview yesterday for a position. I am going in the morning to interview for a second. I am not turning down any interviews. I would prefer the first spot but both are good!! @Bird Lives great to see you my friend. I hope things are starting well over there. The German Old Spice sounds nice. Is it just aftershave? Or do they make a soap? The cheaper ones work just fine.(01-31-2021, 12:54 PM)Bird Lives Wrote: Hey Guys, I know I haven't been around, but I think of you and this place daily! This is the best I've e-vah felt. So Jay.... TELL the folks what kinda knot this is. Inquiring minds want to know. And Sir Jay, could you post a Pic of this Civil War Badger brush. I've just cotton a request to post a Pic, but my new Turkish phone doesn't have a photo resized app yet. I should have those capabilities in the near future, but not this week! Lol. Yo Fuzzy.. I don't know about the German Old Spice line. Here I've only seen the After Shave and that's not normal either. There's one store I've seen that carries it. I consider myself lucky to find that! Shavings not real popular around here. Everyone gets a barber shave once a week... Though now with the covid thing, some folks get a barber shave once a month. Beards are becoming the norm, though not at my house, lmao!! RE: The Seinfeld thread (or the thread about nothing) - Jayaruh - 02-11-2021 (02-10-2021, 06:36 PM)Bird Lives Wrote:Hey, Bird. Thanks for the compliments. I believe this is your brush. The knot is a two-band badger. It is one of my favorites. It is 24mm at the base and 53mm loft.(02-04-2021, 03:29 PM)Wchnu Wrote: Just a heads up. No need to get caught up in the price game for a badger brush.
