Hamburger helper tonight. I know it is bad because of the box and all but I do like it. I bought a almost 9 1/2 pound chub of 80-20 ground beef for $1.97 a pound the other day. I think it may be leaner then that. Now there are 8 packs of ground meat in the freezer and one cooking on the stove. I also buy chicken leg quarters when they are on sale in the 10 pound bag. I enjoy cutting them and even de-bone the thighs at times. When i get them at .59 a pound I think I come out ok even after trimming the waste.

I am sure they sell Tabasco there. That plant is about an hours drive from here.

Texas Pete tastes like vinegar, try Tapatio.

Nothing has as good a flavor as Tabasco. Love it on everything but eggs. I prefer cholula for that.  Crustals is even better then Texas anything.....
