RE: So what's cooking today? What did you cook yesterday? - Wchnu - 05-28-2021 Hamburger helper tonight. I know it is bad because of the box and all but I do like it. I bought a almost 9 1/2 pound chub of 80-20 ground beef for $1.97 a pound the other day. I think it may be leaner then that. Now there are 8 packs of ground meat in the freezer and one cooking on the stove. I also buy chicken leg quarters when they are on sale in the 10 pound bag. I enjoy cutting them and even de-bone the thighs at times. When i get them at .59 a pound I think I come out ok even after trimming the waste. RE: So what's cooking today?
