ShadowsDad I will be putting that to the test here soon. I will probably not add the hot peppers. Looks great!! I might also make some to share with medium eggs. Fit more into the jar. Lol.

Alas, the duck eggs may soon come to an end. I dropped off a mess of egg cartons today and talked to the lady who has the ducks. I knew that ducks don't lay all year and she told me that production is falling off. They're good while they're here though.

I don’t think I’ve ever had duck eggs but I definitely need to try them. I love runny yolks and the description of their yolks being so delicious really piques my interest.
