Got mine from Frugal Shave on Etsy. I went with the printers choice to save the $2 and got green. I'm sure he fits it in with something else getting printed to save time that way and gives a discount.

I do not know. Those that are available free are usually on thingiverse.com I think that's the site. You can search there. I didn't feel the need to look further since it was cheap enough at the site that I showed you.
