So I have found lately that even if the grass looks greenee it is not always better. If you're not the lead dog the grass is trampled before you get there. I am trying again to get closer to the front. I have not had time to spend on my fun stuff at all. Hopefully that is changing.

I think I have finally beat this one into shape. Moving into the Ops. Manager slot looks like
