Honest answer is the funds ran out before the bills. I had taken steps the prevent that but had to rework those steps. It should all be good in the hood now.

It's like taking your kids to the park, turning around and you don't see one of them. It takes 5 minutes to spot them and it seems like an eternity. All you can think is that they might have gotten kidnapped.
Sometimes the first thing we think of is the worst case scenario.
