The problem with that tree is that between now and Christmas it might dry out and be a fire hazard. It's awfully early.

Did you think I was going to write something else?

No problem. It is artificial. No drying out necessary.

Miss you SD...nice being around you again.

I think tonight I'll sip a wee dram of the Glenlivet 12 in your honor, if you would care to join me. About an hour after dinner. I would make it White Horse, but I seem to be out of it at this time. Hard to come by in Turkey these days...

I always have a wee dram (and I really do mean "wee") of something after dinner, most times ouzo with water added to turn it white, sorta like absinthe. I have another wee dram of scotch at ~2230ish and it lasts me 2 hours. That has a few drops of water added to chase away the snakes. My Dr strongly suggested that I cut back so I have. I've gotten to be very boring but it was truly necessary. My evening scotch will be close due to the time difference. Cheers!

Just reading BBC news it seems Tyrkey is an interesting place these days.

What do you guys think? I think having a forum button on the tool bar would be a nice convenient thing. Or is there a really easy way to get back to the first page forum list that I'm not aware of?
