Not at all arguing with you but on initial shave it did not feel like my G. I think I will do a shave off with this one my G and my E today.

I have a G8 that is one of the most aggressive feeling razors I have. Feels a lot like me early model E2. love it!!!

Interesting, I thought the razors kept getting milder with every iteration.

I am not sure about that. But this G8  has a lot more  blade feel then others of that model I have used. I love it.

'45~'46 transition model, using E spring on G razor, it is a G, but they had to use up what was in the parts bin.

I will buy that.

Good question as I may do the original but only if I can't think or come up with something a little different.
