So on the other forum a couple a months ago there was a thread on kidney stones... I mentioned I had one last fall and that I though I might be getting one again. Confirmed that today. This one hurt like hell. Had me in ER earlier today doped up with morphine. Out now and the CT scan indicates it's about 3mm in size so small enough to pass and is out of the kidney but not quite to the bladder. Lots of nerves to screw with on the way through its journey. TMI alert: Felt like I had to urinate, defecate and got kicked in the balls all at the same time.
Feeling much better now. The morphine has worn off and the pain is not really back, but have some industrial strength stuff if it does. And finally a drug name that sounds like what it does. There is one I'm on until the stone passes that helps to dilate the plumbing so things move easier. It's trade name is Flomax.
