So I read up on an old post on this razor and t was described as extremely efficient with the wedge blade and takes a Modern Gem but with it and the abyss of a blade gap is and I quote, "This combination is massively aggressive!" and he had the straight bar version
I will concur that it is aggressive but if you have your technique down and respect it, it gives a super smooth and effective shave with glass smooth results.
