CNC lathe machining, and N52 neodymium magnets.
In fact, the peculiarity is the use of magnets to manage the pivot and the blade.
The specifications speak of a slim and light half-blade SE (SHaDE).

The pivoting head isn't for me. It's an interesting design, though. I wonder if the pivot could be disabled.

It is kind or a cool design. I'd like to see it as a printed razor. It would get the price down to about $10. I don't really care for the pivoting head either.

It's not for me but I guess anything that lures some people away from cart garbage is a good thing.
