@twelvfret I just finished watching City lights. I think I've seen clips from it in the past but never the full movie till now. Yes hard to decide if that was a sad or happy ending. He certainly went through a lot for her.

I wasn't sad for me, but happy. She realized who he was. I think they lived happily ever after....

"Yes, I can see now".


These actors had such a wonderful skill of communicating without saying a word. I like Mary Pickford movies and she was a courageous person in her own right. Thak you for bringing up Keeton. I've watched as many as I could find. 

Like you, I also enjoy watching Haraold Lloyd.

I'll go with that story line. And I'll check that movie out too.
