Woke up with the covid this morning

Take care of yourself as if it was the flu. If you are in good health you'll do fine. If you have 4 or more comorbidities the odds of it being fatal were .03%, about the same as the flu. But that was the first strain which was the most deadly one. As it continues to mutate and variants develop it's getting more transmissible and less deadly. When it was first released it was at it's most deadly. I had it in Feb' 2020 and didn't have a clue what it was that I had, no one knew. I only knew that I was the sickest I'd ever been, and with heart disease and age I was monitoring my vitals and watching things go south. But with 2 comorbidities I lived w/o medical help. You'll do fine.

Just 2 questions for you... did you get jabbed? Are you fully jabbed? No judgement in the question, I just watch stats and I'm curious. Ask me why and I'll tell you otherwise I won't, but it's not judgmental in any way.

edit: I forgot... When I had it the wife and I had no clue what it was so life went on as normal with very close contact between us. My wife never got it. Not even a sniffle. After we found out what I had 2 months later she wondered why she never got it. But I'd been digging into it 'cause I had a feeling it was what I had all that time, just nothing I could prove. Covid has been with us in a natural form for quite some time, just not one made and released to deliberately infect humanity. Near as we can figure my wife had one of those as a child and still had natural immunity. Remember SARS 20+ years ago? That was a covid, but no one in authority discusses that. They also don't discuss that the folks who got SARS back then are pretty much immune to covid today. As was my wife when she had covid decades ago as a child, but we can't prove that. She wouldn't have had it stand out as anything special, it would have mimicked a cold.

We got jabbed with the Johnsen and Johnsen one and done. We also got a booster once. But that is all we got. That is interesting info. I had noticed on the home test it said SARS Antigen.
