It's a private website, if they can't use it they can go elsewhere. Maybe we make it so that they need to get through a multi-colored disclaimer with the ability to use a mouse? I'd like to be able to run a 4 minute mile, but I can't. Do I sue the track & field folks because the 4 minute mile isn't ADA compliant?
I'm not arguing with you, or it's not my intention to argue, but I think we're in agreement in thinking it's BS. There is no requirement for anyone to use this site.
