There are exceptions to the requirement of ADA compliance:

1. Companies operating for only twenty weeks in a year
   
2. Businesses with less than fourteen employees
   
3. Religious organizations
   
4. Private clubs
   

I think TOST should be covered by points 2 and 4, maybe even 3
