I gently warmed one tonight (nuked on "low" until the cheese softened and it was warm) so as not to cook the rare ground beef. Tonight I added a bit of raw onion (just a touch!) otherwise it was the same as last night. Pure nirvana. Yeah, I'm salivating too Whiterook!
The wife asked if we have any more factory burgers in the freezer. I think I'm going to check. I know I have some already SV cooked burgers in the freezer. To reheat those, just put the bagged burgers into the SV bath at the cooking temp' (129-130 degrees) to warm them through, about an hour but going over is OK. Then drain, pat dry, torch and finish off.
