Not sure your question or point. Your pic shows a looks like plastic holder for the blades. Mine clearly shows a brass one. Maybe they changed over the years? If you've ever held one of these razors , they are anything except disposable and I'll take any of these "Cartridge" razors I come across personally......

I swear I've never encountered a communication problem like this before. I meant the "tray", was the tray disposable and blades always came with a new one during the time those were manufactured. The tray in my image is metal, probably darkened (blued) brass. I was not calling your razor, or any razor, disposable. I was not being negative in any way. I had no "point" other that to seek knowledge on this particular item.

Sorry, as long as you've been around I figured you know more about these razors than me. These are all new to me at the moment. Wish I had an answer. I've never seen new blades for back then in any other form than these tubes.
