What is an "Unmentionable vintage SE razor" and why would any vintage SE be  Unmentionable?

I imagine it would be single edge but not a safety razor or some part of it may be disposable which I believe makes it unmentionable. Maybe Whiterook can private message both of us and fill us in. I think I might know what razor it is and now I'm very curious.

OK, now after the PM from Whiterook, I can see although it is an SE, it's sketchy and sort of falls into Fuzzy's Cart Garbage Category. But band razors are allowed here and they are technically SE disposable cartridges.  Dodgy

The Canard Base by Vida Perez-Velazquez at Chicago Grooming is great stuff.  A firm soap that makes a very creamy and slick lather. 
Ingredients: Canard Base: Stearic Acid, Water, Kokum Butter, Potassium Hydroxide, Palm Kernel Oil, Duck Fat, Sodium Hydroxide, Castor Oil, Glycerin, Jojoba Oil & Sodium Lactate
