Not that I've found, but if you run across an issue, PM the mods and we can look at it. 
Also, along that line, one thing I just now noticed is how when a reply to a post is made, it is easy to get lost in the post. Im going to try to directly reply to the original post and see if it makes any difference.

I prefer the nested posts, you can see the whole conversation in one place, most forums are that way, it's normal.
