The Williams Mug Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #277 Badger. Two passes and touch ups with the Fuzzy Lather Catcher razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. Pre: Cold water Face wash with Pears Transparent Original
Brush: Vintage Vulfix service #3 1950's
Soap: Williams Mug Shaving Soap
Razor: Valet VC1 Gold Tone (1922-28)
Blade: Despined GEM Stainless PTFE (3)
Post shave: Cold water splash ,TC's Infused Witch Hazel
Balm: Barts Balm Amber and Moroccan Jasmine Balm & Lotion
Aftershave: Williams Aqua Velva Musk

A nice gentle on the skin shave today, my face is still a bit raw from the wind burn of the last couple of Days.
As i have finished all of my Wickhams pre shave soaps, i Started with a cold water face wash with the Pears transparent original, just as good if not better than the Wickhams - YMMV
So glad i planned the Williams soap for today, a very gentle Lather.
The VC1 is such a smooth shaver, really mild but efficient, better than the Oneblade core i had with much more soul and looks to die for.
Only 2 passes required after yesterdays really close shave leaving me smooth and comfy.
A nice Post shave with the Barts Balm really soothing the skin, a little indication from the splash but not too much, again its the wind burn not the shave. I think i prefer the AV Musk to the AV Original.

Yesterday's shave was my first shave with my recently acquired Schick type D. Unfortunately it has a damaged blade stop. Luckily it holds the blade very well. I just have to be careful with that corner. I split the shave pretty equally with the Fuzzy Catcher by @twhite.
I have a few razors that need minor repairs, I really need to learn to do fine detail soldering or Micro TIG welding/brazing.

A very comfortable 2 pass shave and a touch up on the whirlpools for a BBS comfortable finish, Its a nice pairing with the Kai Pink.
Double Balm to try and sort out my skin hydration, this weather is playing havoc with it at the minute.
