I've never tried shaving with one of these although I own both styles. I guess I'll try my Deb on Thursday and see how it goes with a type M on hand to rescue the shave if needed.

Happy shaves to ya!

Looks like my Fashion Razor will arrive today. What do you use to clean and or polish the parts? If things go as planned, I will use it Tuesday. Thanks all.

Thanks all.The usual injector treatment. Start with washing up liquid and a soft, no-longer-in-use toothbrush. Then Peek, Autosol or whatever polishing paste you have. Soft toothbrush. Elbow grease. Use a pipe cleaner for the inside of the head. The cap will require more elbow grease than the rest. Finally a few minutes in the ultrasonic cleaner, then a microfibre cloth. Repeat until you're happy or exhausted. The result - before and after: ![]()

Just finished the initial cleaning with an old toothbrush. The razor looks to have little or no use. Fortunately it had a blade which I changed out and did a couple of neck strokes. What a nice tool. Thank you for all your best wishes and encouragement!!
