Saturday's Shave
Cold Water Rinse
Musgo Real Shave Soap
Jayaruh #423 Two-band Badger
47 Unmentionable Razor
Unmentionable Blade
CWR
Humphrey's Witch Hazel
Pinaud Citrus Musk EDC
The Musgo Real Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #423 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 47 Unmentionable Razor with a Unmentionable Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Pinaud Citrus Musk EDC. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Pre - Shower
Brush - Alpha Outlaw Titanium V1 Synth
Soap - P&B Star Noir
Razor - Unmentionable
Blade - NOS Unmentionable (1)
Post - Cold water Rinse, TC's infused Witch Hazel
Balm - Barts Balm Lime Balm & Lotion
A/S - Mäurer & Wirtz 4711 EDC
I find these vintage blades to pull a little for the first couple of strokes then they really smooth out.
A very nice shave with this Old Boy, they did not get much wrong when they put these razors together.
A nice shave finished with the 4711 which pairs well with the Star Noir.
Stay safe and enjoy your day All.

I had a marvelous shave this morning with my Eagle Improved and a modified Gem blade. I mounted it on a Gem handle too. The Omega bore brush also has a modified handle. And the Williams followed by Aqua Velva is classic.

Lovely image, Greg! I'm not familiar with the Eagle Improved. What modification is required for the blade?

I hope you guys in Kentucky are okay. I always thought tornadoes were mostly summer events. Keep safe!

Thank you Sir ! Most troublesome stuff was Central and Western KY. Hope any there are okay !! Here in Southeastern KY, it was just strong winds and severe Thunderstorms. A couple tornado warnings but nothing materialized here fortunately.

DEcemBoar!
Cold Water Shave w/ Hot Water Lather
Pre - Aloe Vera Glycerin Soap Face Wash, Noxzema Cream as Pre Shave
Razor - Unmentionable
Blade: Unmentionable (3rd Use)
Brush - Semogue SOC Boar in Taj Resin
Lather - Phoenix & Beau (Imperial Rum), Face Lathered
Post - Generic Reformed Alum Block, T.N. Dickinson’s, Aqua Velva Musk, Nivea Sensitive Balm
I was feeling cheeky today, so I went for the whole shebang...three passes. Because of this, I was super conscious to go with a light touch. It served me well until the third pass where I got a bit greedy. Nothing a good post shave routine couldn't fix. More than enough lather in the Semogue SOC Boar and the Imperial Rum lathered well and smelled great.
Glad to hear that Dave in KY suffered no harm in last night's storms. I saw some of the worst of it was due west of one of my ole stompin' grounds, Fort Campbell. Mother Nature can sure be unforgiving at times!

Thank you.
The blade gets despined trimmed shorter (from cutting edge to spine) then replace the spine. It's a great little razor. You turn the little key to bring up the part that locks in behind the blade.
