Another very easy traditional 3 pass shave today, easing off the gap as i went. The Blade is still very smooth and giving no sign of changing. A really nice post shave routine, finishing with the Whickams Citrus musk, a perfect partner for the Star Noir. Leaving me BBS, comfortable and smelling all Bowie-ish.

The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #424 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 47 Unmentionable Razor with an Unmentionable Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Tabac ASB. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Lather - Tabac, Face Lathered
Post - Generic Reformed Alum Block, T.N. Dickinson’s, Clubman Pinaud A/S, Nivea Sensitive Skin & Stubble Balm

This 1947 version of the Chubby Checker unmentionable is much more efficient and smoother than yesterday's 1962 version. The JR403 performed spectacularly in whipping up a premium Tabac face lather for two nice passes. I'll let y'all know if I'm ever not loving the Dickinson's witch hazel and today's not that day!

Had an early dental appointment and had to scrape frost off my truck windows. I hope Twelvefret wasn't running around in his bikini early this AM...hate to think where a fella would get frostbite under those conditions! Big Grin
