I'd never heard of the ER 1909 until now. That's a great image! How does it compare to the ER 1924?



Did a bit of Googling and found that Jayaruh did a ER 1909 shave video with a vintage Gem blade. His video included a close-up of loading the blade and stropping the blade.

Looks like somebody found a use for the fancy inline links.

Two passes and touch ups with the Triceratops 3D Razor with a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave.

I've been meaning to ask you, which two passes do you do? I have tried skipping the XTG pass for my last few shaves and it doesn't seem to matter. I can't say I had noticed the XTG pass doing much for me anyway so it seems superfluous. Maybe my beard pattern is such that WTG/ATG is all I need.
