This last week I shaved quite a bit with the Type J (new to me) and alternated with a Hydro-magic (released per Dummies Guide in the same time frame). The Hydro-magic is a magic razor for me 
What I found is that I prefer other injectors to the J. For whatever reason, this razor seems more aggressive to me. At least, my face feels irritated after I use it. I think I will PIF this razor to a good home. I tried selling it most of last Fall, since I thought I didn't need a razor that may duplicate my Type I but not have the lever. Therefore, if you are reading this and would like a Type J, PM me and it's yours! I'll even load a fresh blade and give it a Barbicide dip!
In any event, a cold-water splash and Thayer's witch hazel made everything right!
