Sunday Morning Surprise

The EverReady Man came to visit in the mail yesterday - a nice user grade 1914 in a case.  Put a PAL Carbon blade with it for the "old time" feel and viola - a very nice OG shave.  Bonus - the snap is intact and works on the case!!

Monday Morning Miracle

Treet Baton Handle with a fresh GEM PTFE Blade was a miraculous shave.  Smooth & Uber Efficient.
I barely got three passes of lather with the little vintage EverReady brush but it's not a thick knot.

Election Day 2024 Shave

Proraso Blue rocked the lather.  Thank You Subie Shaves for the blade hack idea.  Put a Schick Injector blade into a PAL Spine and it fit beautifully into the Wilkinson Sword Empire.  I have some Personna Injector blades on the way to the Den and anxious to see how they do with this razor.  Another old set rises from the junk drawer.

Wacky Wednesday Retro Shave

I must be Wacky to use this old NOS Valet blade.  First few strokes were rough but then it knocked it down.  Three passes later and it dried down to a sweet feeling shave.  I'm not so sure we'll be using that blade again but I needed to see the feel with original equipment.
