All my H1 razors have that front plate loose or missing.
I have even designed a replacement part to be 3D printed, but haven't had one made yet.
(I'm think of a rubbery, flexible material)

All better now except for the scratch on the plate from removing it. Reapplied the plate with silicone to come off easy if needed again.
