After yesterdays "rough" shave the Blackland Sabre was called into action as i always get a comfortable, efficient shave from it.
Again the 1912 soap whipped up a lovely lather, although i do load more soap when using my boar brushes.
Just what i needed, BBS from 2 passes with a touch up on the whirlpools.

Stay safe and enjoy your day All.

Tabac Tuesday's Shave

Cold Water Rinse
Tabac Shaving Soap
Jayaruh #313 Badger
Rolls Traveler
1953 Rolls Blade
CWR
Osage Rub

The Tabac Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #313 Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Rolls Traveler Razor with a 1953 Rolls Blade Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
I know, the picture shows Tabac AS, but I really used Osage Rub due to a Senior Moment.

I recorded my shave today. Had a senior moment. I had planned to use the Tabac AS but because I forgot to put it out I ended up with Osage Rub. So, the picture is a bit wrong, but the shave was nice.

Vintage Wednesday
Pre      -    Shower
Brush  -    Culmak Junior
Soap   -    Vintage GIBBS 1950's
Razor  -    Unmentionable
Blade  -    Unmentionable
Post    -    Cold water Rinse, TC's infused Witch Hazel
Balm   -    Baxter's / Argan Oil home mixed Balm
A/S     -    Vintage Ralph Lauren Safari EDT

A wonderful Vintage shave today with this Old Unmentionable, i picked up this little Culmak in another set which i am cleaning up to use as a travel set so gave it a run out, its a really nice little brush, it whipped up the Vintage Gibbs to a lovely slick lather and is a great little face painter.
A very smooth and efficient 2 passes to start, however, i had the lather so instead of a touch up i completed a full 3rd pass, well, you cannot rinse this lather down the sink.
I have been rewarded with a very close comfortable BBS finish.
I am taking Mrs TC out for lunch today so a nice splash of the RL Safari to finish things off.
Very nice.
Stay safe and enjoy your day all.
