I am getting some really great shaves this week, today was no exception, i am so glad i caved in to the re-buying the wood handled version of this Unmentionable, its is going nowhere.
3 passes for a BBS comfortable finish, no indication from the splash at all.
This blade is showing no signs of degradation so it gets another run out.
I enjoyed that!

PS - how do i resize my poppy picture to make it smaller?

However, I may still have to use (thumbs up emoji here) for sentimental reasons now and again!   Thanks for bringing this to my attention!!! It feels kind of strange going back to tagging usernames, after just getting used to not using them.

Hey, Tony'schin! Smaller? I use a Mac. I downloaded your image and then opened it in preview. Under Tools>Adjust Size. I changed the pixel width from 480 to 180.

Post: Osma Alum Block, Thayers Unscented Witch Hazel, Clubman Pinaud After Shave, Nivea Sensitive Balm

A successful two pass shave. Spent a few hours outside raking leaves/pine straw and soaking up the sun, thus had a nice hot shower prior to shaving. Not sure if this was the difference, but had a really smooth shave where I went both XTG/ATG on the second pass. I only swirled Jayaruh #403 about 10 times in each direction and got a more appropriate amount of soap loaded than yesterday. However, I should have hydrated it better on the first pass, as the lather was drying out near the end of the pass.
