Odd usually I hear something about Pearl harbor day. It doesn't even say anything on Google calendar. That's sad.

Tabac Tuesday!
Cold Water Shave w/ Hot Water Lather
Pre - Hot Shower
Razor - Schick Type J2
Blade - Personna Injector (2nd Use)
Brush - Jayaruh #403
Lather - Tabac, Face Lathered
Post - Generic Reformed Alum Block, T.N. Dickinson’s Witch Hazel, Clubman Pinaud, Nivea Sensitive Balm
A very smooth two pass shave with the Schick J2, what a lovely razor! Everything about this shave worked. I've made the Jayaruh #403 my go to Tabac latherer. Neither of them disappointed. Not much to say, it all went well!
Day three of raking leaves. All but a few strangler left on the trees after yesterday's rain. Probably have to do it one more time, but will wait a week or so.

I had a great shave with the Schick C1 today. Such a fantastic razor. I've really been enjoying the Williams and Aqua Velva combination too. The Zenith Boar brush is breaking in nicely and the copper is developing a nice patina.
I'm curious which of the two pictures people like better. The darker or the brighter.

They are both nice photos, but I like the top one a bit more.
We certainly don't forget Pearl Harbor Day here!

Good looking shave, Greg! The darker of the two pictures is kind of the way you've been shooting lately, correct? I like the lighter one today, maybe because it is different. Both are great images!

Thank you. I'm having almost as much fun with the photos as the shaves.
I wasn't interested that much in history until I started homeschooling my kids. The program we use makes it more interesting now then when I was in school. It really is important stuff and it's sad how dry a subject it can become in many schools.
