Saturday night shave
Wiped away 4 or 5 days growth very quickly with the Shick E, Cremo original and B20 blade . 2 passes , face lathered without a brush ( brushless cream) and I was smooth again. Topped off with a splash of Stetson !

The other day a gentleman on Instagram asked if I used a Gem blade or a wedge in my Henckels Rapides. I had thought about it midway through that shave. so today I tried a Kampfe Bros Star wedge blade in it. It fit perfectly which wasn't really a surprise since Gem blades fit perfectly. I just never thought to try it before. It shaved relatively well but I should have stopped the blade better. I switched to a Gem after the first pass for time sake. I will have to revisit this set up soon. Vintage Williams a Zenith Boar and Aqua Velva played supporting roles.

I enjoyed that, this razor /blade combo just feels so smooth. The angle is pretty much spot on every shave now and i am finding it very efficient over 3 full passes, the other positive is that it leaves the skin feeling very, very comfortable.
