The Col. Conk Amber Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #395 2-band badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the C.V. Heljestrand lather catcher razor with a C.V. Heljestrand wedge blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lucky Tiger AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Blade: Perma sharp half blade (2)
Post shave: Cold water splash, TC's Bay Rum #1 splash
Balm: Barts Balm Rosemary and Sandalwood Balm & Lotion
Aftershave: CK One

I completed a WTG pass with an unmentionable SE Razor to carry on with my technique training.
Then back to the original plan of using the new Yaqi half blade SE. 
I completed a XTG pass then a little buffing ATG on the rough areas.
End result BBS & comfortable.
A very nice post shave finishing of a very enjoyable shave.

Love the picture. That's a Beautiful Ender's too. And that sounds like an amazing scent.
Awsome shave with the Schick I2 this morning. The Wickham Irish Fern is has an amazing scent and performed quite well. And I'm glad to be counted among those chosen by the Veg. Final finish is near BBS with no irritation.

Sunday's Shave

Soap Dish: Georgetown Pottery

First shave with the Haslinger Seaweed soap. It is my second Haslinger soap and it performs very well. The lathering is so easy and it gives a great post shave feel (though slightly different from the Sheep's Milk version). There's not much scent to it at all according to my nose. I placed it in a ceramic dish I bought from Georgetown Pottery at their studio/shop in Georgetown, Maine about 15 years ago. It was not purchased as a soap dish, but today I thought it would be appropriate for a seaweed soap SOTD picture. My Grandparents bought a cottage on the coast of Georgetown Island in 1977, so I have been going up there my whole life and it's one of my favorite places on Earth.

Easy two passes with the Schick L1 today provided a DFS+ result and no irritation or mishaps.

The plan was to use the Wabbit by Tom today, but it did not arrive in time. Maybe I will get it before tomorrow's shave.

The Proraso Green Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #206 2-band badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the TNNSER razor with a Persona Gem SS PTFE SE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
