Consecutive shave 50 with the Bunny V2.2 and 47 with the Personna 74 loaded. Wow. This blade just keeps going.

WOW, this is a beautiful razor. I don't remember ever seen that color before.

It's the only one I've ever seen.  I find no reference to a red handle anywhere.  I do see posts by the previous owner seeking info.  The consensus seems to be it was blue and somehow faded to this color, like some of the unmentionable black tips that fade to brown.  It's quite even all around, so maybe a chemical difference.  Maybe that, or a one off.  It came with mint box and instructions.

Thanks, Greg!

have of the Week Starting 8/28/2023

Gem Damaskeene razor
Pal blade
Semouge Galahad brush
Arko SS
Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
Various A/S

Hmmm, not sure what to think this morning. Very mild shave resulting in a SSA. No matter what I did I couldn't get the result like I normally do. Now I have had the Pal blades hanging around for about 7 years. Will they lose their edge by just sitting around? Don't know. The Damaskeene is a mild razor (to me) regardless the blade used so not sure what to think. Anyway, time for y'all to go enjoy your day folks.

Menthol Monday's Cold Water Shave

Cold Water Rinse
C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream
SlimGem Synthetic
Open Face Damaskeene
Personna GEM SS PTFE
CWR
Dickinson's Witch Hazel
Osage Rub

The C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream lathered well with SlimGem Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Open Face Damaskeene Razor and a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Dickinson's Witch Hazel and then Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
