Tuesday Morning Throwback

Burma Shave puck is probably from the 90's when the sets were reintroduced.  Surrey Brush is probably a bit earlier.  VC2 did a superb job with a third use GEM blade.  Overall great shave.

Valet Autostrop VC2 Razor (Modified)
GEM SS PTFE Blade (3X)
Burma-Shave Soap Puck
Surrey Blue Handle Boar Brush
Brut Splash On
Suavecito Bay Rum Aftershave

Not many of those Highway signs left standing along the road.  Here in Pennsylvania we still have a few old Mailpouch Chew tobacco barns.  I pass one near here a lot.  It's so faded but you can still make out the Mail Pouch slogan.
Of course the Amish grow plenty of tobacco and in the Fall you can see it hanging and drying in their tobacco barns.

Lucky Tiger After Shave

The Williams Mug Shave Soap lathered well with Tom's B400 2-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Unmentionable Razor by Tom and an  Unmentionable Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lucky Tiger After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Took my new PAL Adjustable Injector out for a Spin.  First pass was LOW 2 and it was OK.  Second and Third passes I shifted up to MID and it upped the efficiency a bit.  Next shave I will Start on MID and then move up to one step below HIGH.  Overall a Nice shave.

PAL Adjustable Injector Razor
Ted Pella SS Blade (1X)
Saponificio Varesino 70th Anniversary Soap
Semogue Torga C5 Onyx Brush
Proraso Red Splash
