Friday Morning FAT Frolic

Who says da FAT is hard to lather.  I just rubbed the puck on my face like a stick and went at it with my Semogue Onyx and WOW.  Three passes of lather plus a healthy amount I pulled out of the brush for a face wash at the end.  This Vintage blade is amazing.  I never thought it would rival a modern GEM being so old but two shaves in and it's a monster.

Valet Vintage Blade (2X)
Mitchell's Wool Fat Soap Puck
Semogue Torga C5 Onyx Synthetic Brush
Myrsol Agua di Limon Splash

Saturday Morning SHADE Soiree

I really saw no use for this razor when I initially saw it.  Now I'm glad I broke down and ordered it.
It is a fine shaving razor.  And it gives me an outlet to use some of my precious vintage blades.

Lather Catcher Sunday's Cold Water Shave

Cold Water Rinse
Stirling Pharaoh's Dreamsicle
Semogue SOC Boar
1907 Gem Jr. Lather Catcher
Personna GEM SS PTFE
CWR
Pharaoh's Dreamsicle AS

The Stirling Pharaoh's Dreamsicle Shave Soap lathered well with Semogue SOC Boar Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 1907 Gem Jr. Lather Catcher and a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pharaoh's Dreamsicle After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

First shave with the Clauss Automatic. It has a unique way of opening and closing to load and hold the blade. A de-spined Gem SE blade was used and works well. Also I'm excited to have finally found a Dragons Blood scented shave soap. I've been looking for one for around 15 years. A friend made me a great smelling dragons blood soap but it didn't lather well. This one has great scent that lasts a long time and it lathers very well. I found it at therazorcompany.com I will have to try some of subtle art soaps other scents in the future.

Sunday Morning Salutations

Another shave with the ATT razor - a modern set up and oh so aggressive.  And move over ARKO, the new King of Sticks is Jikoryen.  Applies easily, lathers like a bomb went off, and I think it has better after the shave face feel than ARKO.  I'm not stopping ARKO, just think the new kid is a bit better.

Above The Tie SE2 OC Razor
KAI Captain Pink Blade (4X)
Jikoryen Shave Stick
A P ShaveCo 22mm MIG Knot Brush
Citrus Musk Splash On
Strike Gold Shave Nostalgia Aftershave
