Anchovie666 dateline='[url=tel:1713036480' Wrote: 1713036480[/url]'] It is Grandpa DNA. ![]() ASR made moves in Britain starting in 1909 and this particular razor was patented in 1910 by an ASR bigshot who went to London to shake up the razor world over there. This razor was one of the first wafer blade razors designed using a hood/cover to house the blade. It was sold as a New Ever Ready overseas and as a Yankee in North/South America. Same fella birthed the 1924 for ASR later on for many millions of sales. Good lineage! Patent is a fun read - really - Razors.page I need say, I no longer claim anything I say as correct. Folks love to call me wrong on razor history and my feistiness has dimmed, so I prefer to say YMMV.
