I did 2 scrubbing bubbles last night and had to use 0000steelwool the plating is really thin. I straightened the teeth. Tomorrow I will take and buff it some. So it will most likely be only brass left. I may gun kote it black.

Personally every thing but the Gun Kote sounds good. I'd rather have it raw brass or even patches of raw brass.
However it's your razor not mine. It will definitely be interesting to see either way. If you do go with Gun Kote please at least post pictures of it pre Kote too. I'd like to see how it looks just really well cleaned.

I have faith in your other worldly razor charm, to bring this baby back to fold out status...Greet you at the door, whip up a lather and shave you herself!!?

Here are a few shots of post clean session 1
There is still some heavy green oxidation in some places. Mainly on the handle. I am not a fan of these handles. I much preferred the larger wood handles. You know the type that Jayaruh makes. Hint hint
There is more brassing than shows up.

Surprised that all 4 screws were actually not seized. Function fine.

Got any metal polish, like Flitz?

The guard will flip back and allow you to shave without it?

Looks like it's coming around quite well. Glad you are keeping it Au naturel.
