Penn safety razor

I guess that's a matter of opinion. The factory blade, or what I assume is the factory blade, overhangs the guard. When it's like this it pushed the blade fairly hard into the face. I have good technique and can shave with just about any razor I pickup but I found this very harsh. Essentially open blade. I found it much more comfortable and still efficient to put about half the blade lined up with the front edge of the topcap.

Awesome. I posted in toast about witch safety razors working with gem blades with an easy mod. You should grab one if you don't have it. Gives a fantastic lather catcher like shave.

I'll have you know when my shoulder surgeon referred the Disability office to contact me, I proudly said "Hey, I'm still working here !!!" They apologized and said they were referred. So, I work in pain but I ain't disabled yet. Memory issues as you age don't count
