They do look very similar. Is the Gillette twinjector a fairly mild razor? The N is on the milder side but shaves quite well with a twin in it.

Yes, it is a mild razor. I have some twin blades, but I don't use them. It did a good job on today's shave. It is hard to imagine cutting myself with this razor.
